Recovered objects are normally delivered anonymously.

No witness has ever reported observing the individual responsible for the deliveries.

In several cases collection drawers that were previously empty were found to contain newly catalogued items the following morning, complete with identification labels written in an unknown hand.

The possibility that WOT himself is maintaining the archive has not been ruled out.
